You and your ticket holders will receive an email from orders@eventbrite.com with your order confirmation and tickets. Please follow the link in the email to the downloadable PDF of your tickets or to their mobile app.
All tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable.

Ticket Transfer Form
Attendees can transfer tickets to other individuals by filling out the Ticket Transfer Form below or by emailing us at Tickets@hal-con.com.
The form can also be found on our Ticket page. Only the ticket holder (not the ticket purchaser) can transfer tickets. Please remember that selling and transferring tickets is done at the ticket holder’s own risk.
