Terms & Conditions
The purchase of any ticket constitutes accepting all of the Terms & Conditions.Tickets are non-refundable. You can transfer tickets by filling out this form and providing the name and email address of the person you wish to have the tickets transferred to. Transfer deadline is October 21st, 2016 at 11:59 pm Atlantic Time.Tickets are available while supplies last.
Please bring the either the paper ticket or the QR coded online ticket (either printed or on a mobile device) to Registration (located in the box office of the Scotiabank Center) during the days of the convention. From there, they will be exchanged for their respective bracelets/badges.
Student/Senior/Military must provide corresponding ID to Registration staff, or will have to pay an additional $10.00 cost toward admission.
Some guests may charge additional fees for autographs and photo ops.
Guests are subject to cancellation or schedule change, due to professional or personal commitments outside of Hal-Con’s control. In such circumstances, the Hal-Con cannot be held responsible and will refund any pre-purchased Autographs or Photo Ops in the manner they were purchased. Event tickets will not be refunded.
