Writers' Federation of Nova Scotia

The Writers’ Federation of Nova Scotia (WFNS) is a charitable, non-profit arts service organization founded on a collaborative philosophy: writers helping writers. We support the development of speculative/SFFH writers through genre-specific programming, such as SFFH-friendly creative writing workshops and the Charles R. Saunders Prize for speculative fiction manuscripts. We also support emerging writers and established authors in general through annual mentorship, prize, professional development, and publication programs.
